I had the opportunity to interview Sara Mackie on her struggles with postpartum. This is an issue so many women struggle with, yet we don’t hear it spoken about nearly enough.
Sara dives in to her pain, and talks about her past trauma and how that has affected her postpartum journey. We also talk about the role the church has when members inside the church struggle. We all need to hear how we can grow and get better, this is Sara’s advice.
If you are a mom who has struggled with this, or are in the process of struggling currently, or know someone who is, please listen and share this episode.
